In June 2003, Glenn got a chance to prove his Pop Star credentials when he was signed by Pete Waterman to the Sony BMG Record Label.
He became part of the mixed group called Pop! The all British group consisted of Glenn, Hannah Lewis, Jamie Tinkler, and Jade McGuire. The group released three hit singles, which all reached the top 40 in the UK Singles Chart during 2004 and 2005.
The group’s debut single "Heaven and Earth" was licensed for use in the video game Dancing Stage by Konami in 2005, and is still cheering on Konami’s players across the world today.
